Phase One establishes Tenerse LLC, the Hollywood headquarters, corporate governance, brand identity, marketplace policies, the legal framework, the Tenerse Verification Portal, payment architecture, Foremostcard integration, member onboarding, the companion application process, the Tenerse Standard, and the initial marketplace technology.
